Job Summary:
- Provide excellent customer service by greeting and welcoming guests.
- Prepare food and beverage orders to meet our high-quality standards.
- Maintain the highest standards of cleanliness throughout all areas of the location, including kitchen, gaming areas, and restroom.
- Working independently to maintain effective operations during the assigned shift.
- Engage with and aid guests, create a friendly and welcoming atmosphere.
Job Requirements:
- Maintain a positive work environment for employees and guests.
- Accurately count / handle money.
- Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality.
- Complete required training including Basset and SafeServe.
- Perform other duties as requested by management.
- Must be 21 years of age.
- Able to use a touch-sensitive POS System.
- Strong interpersonal skills.
- Able to lift a minimum of 10 lbs.
- Able to stand for extended periods of time.
